Sales and Leasing Consultant

The purpose of the role is to present and secure properties for sale to potential purchasers. Actively take role in negotiating marketing agreements and commission levels with vendors. The Sales Consultants main aim is to showcase Mirage Portfolio of properties in a professional manner that reflects world class organizational image and brand.

Job Details

  • Internal Contacts – All employees within Mirage
  • External Contacts – Suppliers, Developers, Staff of Artan Holding and its subsidiaries
  • To ensure that sales, leasing and listing targets are met.
  • Ensure set sales targets are met and or exceeded.
  • Take active role in negotiation of marketing agreements and commission levels with
    landlords/Developers.
  • Offer outstanding customer service standards at all times, through all communication methods and
    channels.
  • Act at all times in a professional manner.
  • Ensure the listed properties database software is accurate and up to date at all times with lead
    generation.
  • Manage effective feedback mechanisms for all clients and regularly take proactive steps to improve
    client/vendor/purchaser/agent relationships.
  • Ensure effective sales process to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Follow all leads till final conclusion.
  • Ensure the End of Week Activity report is accurate and send reported within the agreed timescale.
  • Keep sales update to date with property market activities.
  • Seek out new opportunities and gaps in the market.
  • Promote the business through various marketing channels and communications.
  • Act as “ambassador” for Mirage Property within wider Qatar community.
  • Ensure the Company brand duties as requested by Senior Management as may be required from
    time to time.
  • Knowledge of local real estate sales transactions

  • Ability to read and understand the market trends and seeks opportunities as per market
    requirements
  • Ability to represent the company in all events/ exhibitions.

  • Ability to read marketing/ brokerage agreements and understand the terms.
  • Knowledge of real estate sales.

Specialized Training/ Knowledge Required

  • Sales Training and Strategy
  • Sales Prospecting Advance Technique
  • Sales Presentation Training
  • Strategic Social Selling
  • More than 5 years related experience.
  • With successful track record in commercial and/or residential property sales or leasing.
  • A Bachelor Degree or professional qualification would be a plus.
  • Strong CRM background.
  • Customer-focused.
  • Previous experience of working in a similar role within the field of Sales and Leasing would be an
    advantage.
